Master Auto Tech

A-Level / Master Automotive Technician | $35–$50+/Hour | No Weekends | Unlimited Bonus Pay

Hunter’s Garage is hiring an experienced Master Technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles with confidence and precision. If you’re tired of being underpaid, overworked, or unsupported, this is an opportunity to work in a shop built by a technician who understands exactly what you need to succeed.

About the Role:

This is a true Master Technician position. You’ll be expected to diagnose complex vehicle issues independently, perform high-level repairs, and work across a wide range of makes and models.

Hunter’s Garage was built from the ground up by a technician with over 29 years of industry experience, with one goal: to create a shop where skilled professionals are respected, well-compensated, and given the tools and environment to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic ability with minimal to no supervision
  • PA inspection license
  • Valid PA driver’s license
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Commitment to continued learning and improvement (we cover all training costs)
